I believe that quality early care and education is a partnership between parents and provider.  At Sugar and Spice, it is my mission to partner with parents, and to provide children with age and developmentally appropriate activities and materials in a safe, loving environment where they are free to explore and learn.  

 

Sugar and Spice is a play based program.  I believe that at this developmental stage, it is not ‘teachers’ children need to help them learn, but loving, responsive relationships with caregivers, based on respect for the child and his or her family.  At Sugar and Spice, your child will have the opportunity to explore and grow, create and discover, build relationships with his or her peers, and become confident learners.
